3 WARNINGS:

Keep the project size less that 12MB when using FCP 1.2.5 (break project up if you have to)
or you will get all kinds of weird behaviour & corruption (later versions of the software don't have this limit.)

When you make an OMF for export to pro-tools in finalcut 2
TAKE ALL AUDIO DISSOLVES & CROSS FADES OFF!
or the tracks will be thrown out of sync by the amount of each dissolve (this was fixed in version 3)

When you drag a clip from one bin to another check to make sure it is still drop frame!
sometimes clips change misteriously to non-drop, which messes you up when you recapture.
